Fallout 4 will be receiving a free update for 2023. This update will improve visuals on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 & PC.
This information was shared in a Bethesda blog that details Bethesda’s 25th anniversary celebrations of the series.
This update will contain “performance mode features to increase frame rates, quality features to play 4K resolution games, bug fixes, and bonus Creation Club content!”
Fallout76 is getting new content.
Appalachia is under siege from Spooky Scorched-clad enemies. These can be defeated to receive quality in-game treats just ahead of Halloween.
This event is only available for a limited time and ends on November 8th.
To celebrate Fallout 25, players will be able to get a daily free item from the Atomic Shop every day between 25 October and 8 November. You can also unlock more rewards by completing special challenges throughout the event.
Prime Gaming subscribers who are active between 2nd November and 2nd February 2023 can also get the Fallout 7625th Anniversary Bundle. You get additional items like a Vault Boy portrait and a Shooting Target Suite. Lincoln’s Repeated Lever Action weapon Skin is also included.
Fallout 4 was released for the first time on Xbox One, PS4, and PC in 2015. While the game is available on Xbox Game Pass and PS Plus at this time, it is not yet clear if the free upgrade will be applied.
