Alienware 34″ 3440×1400 Curved 175Hz G.SYNC Ultimate Quality-D-OLED Gaming Monitor
A New Release
Alienware AW3423DW 34 inch 3440×1400 Curved 0.01ms 175Hz G–SYNC Ultimate Quality-D-OLED Gaming Monitor
The AW2323DW 34-inch monitor has a 3440×1400 curved wide format resolution. This is more than enough pixel density to fit a 34-inch monitor (4K is too high for a monitor less than 40″), and it is flexible enough that you don’t need an expensive video card to drive the monitor. The QDOLED panel boasts a 99.3% color range DCI-P3 and is factory calibrated at a Delta E lower than 2. It is HDR True Black 400 Certified with trademark OLED near infinite contrast levels, and an exceptional 1000nit peak brightness. Gamers will appreciate the lightning fast response time of 0.1ms and 175Hz refresh rates. G-SYNC “Ultimate”, the first OLED gaming monitor, was awarded this certification. It is required that the display can push 1000nits HDR. Traditional OLED displays are simply not bright enough. There are dual USB 3.2 Gen 1 and DisplayPort ports available for connectivity.
Samsung was awarded the “Best of Innovation 2022 Award” for its QD-OLED technology. Quantum dot technology is used to produce brighter peak levels than traditional OLED TVs. It does this without sacrificing the color accuracy, range, and wide viewing angles OLEDs are famous for. While Samsung was the first to market the technology, Alienware introduced the first QD OLED monitor on the consumer market.
Ultra-Wide Gaming Monitor 34″ Dell S3422DWG
Dell S3422DWG 36″ 3440×1440 Curved 144Hz VA Gaming Monitor
The Dell S3422DWG gaming monitor is among the best ultra-wide 34 inch models on the market. It has a wide 3440×1440 resolution (16:10) and a 1800R curve. When you have to choose between image quality or performance, 1440p resolution is still the ideal choice. The 34-inch screen’s 1440p resolution is sharp enough to render your games beautifully, but it won’t strain your system as much as a 4K display. It can be paired with a GeForce RTX3060 Ti or an equivalent card to give you plenty power for high graphics settings and ultra-high framerates.
The Dell S3422DWG uses a VA panel. It boasts a 1ms response, 144Hz refresh rate and 3000:1 contrast ratio. Also, it covers 90% of the DCI-P3 colors. While it’s not officially G-SYNC compatible (although we have personally tested it), G-SYNC works well on this monitor (as with most gaming monitors theses days).
Dell S2721DGF 27-inch QHD Gaming Monitor
Dell S2721DGF Dell 27″ 2560×1440 1ms Gaming Monitor
The Dell S2721DGF gaming monitor is one of the most affordable 27″ monitors below $300. The Dell S2721DGF’s QHD resolution of 2560×1440 is the best for a 27-inch screen. A 4K resolution at this size would be too much and waste GPU resources. The panel’s high-quality IPS panel provides excellent viewing angles and color rendering, with 98% DCI/P3 coverage. The gaming aspect is also covered with an extremely fast 1ms response, up to 160Hz refresh rate via the DisplayPort and both FreeSync Premium Pro or G-SYNC certification. It’s cheaper than the 27-inch Dell gaming monitors, which don’t offer nearly as many features, and comes with the same 3-year warranty.
