This feature is a new avenue in the series that could lead to deeper storytelling and multiple playthroughs. This could lead to very promising gameplay if it is expanded to take into account combat decisions.
8/10 Silent Hill: Homecoming – Combat
Maybe the middle child of the Silent Hill franchise, Homecoming It’s a solid game. Although it’s not exceptional, it excels at the core horror tropes. It excels in an area where many horror games fall short: combat. Homecoming Fluid and smooth animations

At the very top of this list is the ‘Otherworld,’ the alternative dimension present in many games in the franchise. Games aren’t nearly as linear as they used to be and a singular save point could encourage backtracking, exploring alternative routes, and focusing more on the detailed environments ever-present in Silent Hill.
