SIMs 4 offers a wide range of career options so that you don’t have to stick to the same path. This flexibility comes with its own set problems and annoyances.
To improve your own performance as an athlete, it is important to analyze your competition. Unfortunately though, SIMS 4 doesn’t really tell you how the mechanic works.

Studying Opponents In SIMS 4 – The How-To
Your SIM’s career works on a performance-based metric. You will progress further if you perform well.
This is how you can advance in your athletic career. You do this by keeping track and doing your daily chores.
You will find that your main chore is to learn about your opponent and their strengths.
Having said that, here’s how you can study your opponents in SIMS 4:
Step #1: Start a Computer
Accessing the internet is possible only if you have a computer. If you don’t already have one, then you can consider purchasing a Deskblock, as they tend to be the best bang for your buck.

Step 2: Select a Professional Athlete
Once you’ve chosen a computer to work with, it’s time to choose the SIM that needs to research its opponents. This is only for athletes who have apparent reasons to use this SIM.
Once you’ve chosen your professional athlete, move toward the computer and click it.
Step 3: Start the Study Command
Click on the computer to perform the following:
- Go to the computer menu. Web Find the location Study Opponents bubble.
- Tap it, and wait for the progress bar.
Your SIM will then head to the computer to begin studying. Depending on your SIM’s career progression, this can take a few in-game minutes or even a bunch of hours.
How To Study Opponents On A TV – SIMS 4
Comparable to PCs, studying your opponents on a TV requires two steps. Select the SIM and TV and then choose the Study Opponents button.
If you don’t own a TV, then any of the following options will work just fine:

Conclusion
It is enough to have a TV or a computer nearby. The rest of the process can be done by simply navigating menus. Theoretically, you could even take your time, while watching your opponents.
We recommend that you finish everything within 3-4 hours to keep your SIM happy. It doesn’t only help amp up your overall performance, but also enables you to do more than just AFK level your SIM.
