Survival horror, eh? What about the thrills, spills and intrigue of adventure? You’re getting all that in The Beast Inside as it releases on Xbox and PlayStation.
The Beast Inside is now available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S (fully optimised), and PS5, The Beast Inside breaks out of the PC gamingscape to deliver some new survival horror vibes to console.
The Illusion Ray Studio team created it, allowing players to be immersed in a world of secrets, tragedy, and most importantly, madness. But don’t expect this to provide your standard everyday genre offering, for The Beast Inside sees you playing through the lives of two very different protagonists.
Initially focusing on a CIA cryptanalyst, Adam, its here where you’ll find yourself moving from the bright lights of the city to the sleep countryside. The house he moves into has many secrets. Most notably, it contains a diary that Nicolas Hyde wrote back in 1921. It’s here where the two lives come together – but not always for the better.
Priced up at £20.99 from the Xbox Store, The Beast Inside (Console Version) – to give the full name – will have you attempting to unravel the past, trying to work out how Nicolas and Adam are linked. Promising a ton of intensity, plenty of nightmare and two stories that intertwine, this is one you won’t want to miss if you’re a sucker for survival horror.
You’ll find the download of The Beast Inside over at the Xbox Store, which is compatible with Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. There’s full optimised for those newer consoles. It’s also on PlayStation (PS5 only for now we believe) along with Steam for PC. It’s found itself with some seriously decent reviews in the three years The Beast Inside has been on Steam.
Keep an ear out for a review.
