PlayStation VR 2 was a prominent feature of Sony’s CES-2023 media briefing. The February launch date is getting closer. The company also announced that Gran Turismo 7 as well as Beat Saber would be available in its next-generation virtual reality headset.
Gran Turismo 7’s VR Experience will be available as a free upgrade for the PlayStation 5 version. This means that the entire GT7 experience can be played in VR. The GT7 VR upgrade, which is free, will be available on the same day that PSVR 2 launches. It will join other launch titles such as Horizon: Call Of The Mountain or Resident Evil Village.
Beat Saber was also confirmed as being in development for PSVR 2 but no release date was given. Official Beat Saber Twitter account The news was shared, and more information will be available “in the near future”.
