Riot Games today revealed a brand-new map that will be released along with Episode 6 of their hero shooter Valorant.
We are able to see Lotus, the mysterious city of flowers that was shown in yesterday’s trailer. This is the ninth map in the game, and it will be the first to be released within a few months. Pearl was the last one back in June 2022.
It’s set in the Western Ghats of Omega Earth’s version of India, and it’s inspired by traditional Dravidian architecture.
It has three locations and includes mechanics such as rotating doors and destructible wall. The trailer lets you see it in action.
Episode 6: “The End of the World”Revelation“” will be released on January 10, 2023. It will also include a new Battlepass and the “Araxys” skinline inspired by New Years, Valentine’s Day, and Lunar New Year.
The Battlepass will come with a 9 Lives classic gun skin, a Shock Heart spray, and a Folded Wish gun buddy, among other rewards. Weapons that were likely to have belonged to an alien race with advanced technology and knowledge is another mystery. This will be fascinating to see what happens in future episodes.
