How To Invite Ankha On Your Island?
The maximum number of villagers that an island can have is limited to three. You’re initially given three housing kits to place around your island.
Tom Nook will provide you with more options about the island infrastructure once the Residential Services have been upgraded.

Once Ankha is on your mystery islands, she’ll remain there or continue to appear until your available plot of land is sold. You can fly to random islands by purchasing a Nook Miles flight ticket, which costs around 2000.
Meet and start talking to Ankha there, and you’ll eventually get the option to encourage her to move to your island. Once you encourage her, she’ll purchase that vacant land, and you’re good to go!
Ankha is invited to the Campsite
Isabelle will notify you when Ankha visits your campsite. If Ankha is visiting your campsite, you can simply go there to talk to her to begin a game.
Winning or losing doesn’t really matter here. You should just keep playing the game. After some time, Ankha will make the decision to move to your island.
If you don’t have a piece of land, Ankha will ask you if you know any villagers that would like to move out. Ankha will ask you to specify the name of the camper that you want to remove in order to make space for her.
Eviction isn’t an immediate process, and it’ll take Ankha a day to move to her new place.
