Darkest Dungeon II fully released in May

Red Hook developers announced that their, Darkest Dungeon II, On May 8, 2023, early access will be closed. 

The game will officially launch in May. However, the developers have made a demo of the game available to allow players to try it out before official release. The demo can be downloaded on Steam and Epic Games Store and allows players to choose from four different starter characters. They will then play through one of the full zones. This allows everyone to not only test their skill but also the playable characters to see which one best suits their playstyle. 

The demo includes both a farm and a city for players to explore. However, those who decide to embark on the journey need not worry that their progress won’t be saved or carried over once the game launches. The expiration date for the download is February 13, 2023.

Creative Director Chris Bourassa and Design Director Tyler Sigman will be hosting a live Q&A session for fans of the franchise on February 7, 2023, at 11 am PST. They will both be answering questions from players during the session. This is a great chance to ask your burning questions before launch. 

Darkest Dungeons II It is a turn-based, turn-based CRPG that puts players right in the heart of the apocalypse. In order to avoid this imminent threat, we will explore five large regions of the map. We also need to be prepared for the hard battles and long journey ahead. Each region has its own challenges and new monsters. Some regions can be completed in 30 minutes while others may take several hours.
