Rhythm shooter Metal: Hellsinger’s latest DLC, Dream of the Beast is now available.
New content includes “a new impossible weapon” and three outfits that bring in special modifiers such as shields, healing or increased max ammo.
“The legendary roster welcoming Cristina Scabbia, (Lacuna Coil), Will Ramos, (Lorna Side),” the team teases. You can feel the beat in your hands when you use the four-barrel, machine gun that combines heaven and hell. It can be used to kill demons using a variable burst pattern.
You can also use the free song selector feature in the new DLC. This allows you to choose any song, even new ones, to play at the level you prefer. However, you don’t have to purchase the premium DLC for this to work.
Metal: Hellsinger’s Dream of the Beast DLC is available now on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X and last-gen systems for $4/€4.
James Dorton – lead singer from prog death metal group Black Crown Initiate – leads Metal Hellsinger’s original soundtrack. The soundtrack features other prominent metal artists, including Matt Heafy of Trivium, Mikael Saintanne (Dark Tranquility), Bjorn Sterid (Soilwork), Alissa Green-Gluz(Arch Enemy), Tatiana Shmailyuk and Tatiana Shmailyuk from Jinjer.
Troy Baker is the narrator of Hellsinger. He is one of the most well-known voice actors in gaming and the passion project of David Goldfarb, Battlefield 3 and Payday 2. Metal: Hellsinger is a game where you take on the Devil with bullets and vengeance. “Blast hordes” of demons while you shoot, sprint, and perform takedowns, to the beat of a critically-acclaimed original soundtrack.
