Gaming has become a popular advertising medium in recent years. As more people are playing video games, there’s a huge potential for advertisers to reach new audiences. To gain more insight, DISQO CX surveyed 284 nationally representative consumers.
The findings show that gaming is mainstream. More than a third of Americans will likely have regular metaverse interactions in the next five to ten years. 76% of the respondents had seen ads from brands. In-game content, bonus content and embedded functionality are all highly valued by consumers. These formats improve the gaming experience for both players and advertisers.
