If you haven’t been keeping up with the best new Android games this week, don’t worry. We’ve searched high and low for the most recent additions in the Android game world. This week’s been an exciting one for brand-new games. Down below is where you’ll find our handpicked choices, which you’ll hopefully, like as much as we do!
The Best Android Games This Week
Each week we’ll report on the new games and shine a light on those that you may have missed out on. These are the best mobile games of this week!
Honkai Star Rail
We really couldn’t cover this week without mention of the juggernaut that is Honkai: Star Rail, MiHoYo’s latest gacha release, which came out early Wednesday.
It is a turn-based RPG set in space, with all the features you’d expect from a MiHoYo RPG. The game looks amazing, features a large and complex storyline and has a cast of characters you’ll love.
While the combat is turn-based it remains fluid, enjoyable and feels like tactical decisions matter.
Peglin
Peglin, a PC game that has been ported to Android and feels right at home here, is a cute pixel-roguelike with a pachinko themed battle system that offers a real challenge. It’s incredibly addictive.
404 GAME RESET
Sega’s new game is currently only available in Japan, but it is worthless. 404 GAME RE:SET, apparently pronounced ‘Error Game Reset’, is the latest title from the legendary Yoko Taro.
It’s a weird bullet-hell shooter where you play as one of numerous personified Sega arcade games, fighting against Sega itself after the games company took over the world. Read that and tell me that’s not worthy of some attention.
That’s our picks for the best new Android games for this week. You’re looking for a device to play them on? Our latest news about the latest gaming phones.
