Popular early-access tactical shooting game Ready or not Steam has removed this game for a period of over an hour.
Even the developers were confused by this, and posted on Steam after the delisting:

During that time, one of its developers said they were trying to figure out if it had been a technical problem or a similar legal issue to the 2022 case where it was removed due to a DMCA lawsuit. In the past, the developers mistakenly believed that the Steam back-end was responsible for the takedown. However, this time they were right. In a last update, one of developers explained that:
“Yup! Thankfully. Steam made a mistake, updating our store page to reflect some requested changes by a country rating board and accidentally hitting the wrong button. Just a simple mistake. “
The changes, which are usually invisible on pages, were clearly visible in this instance.
