How Souls Games Can Save You | Psych of Play

I was unfamiliar with souls games until two months ago. As an outsider looking in, I understood two things… they are extremely difficult and they change you as a person. Time after time I saw people say that Miyazaki’s work, in one way or another, has saved them. Depression, anxiety, and other mental disorders are common issues that we all face. But how could this series of brutally relentless episodes help to improve the mental health for so many? Today, Psych of Play will dive into the psychology of exactly how this happens.
