The House of the Dragon Cast brings a new era of life to the highly anticipated Game of Thrones prequel.

Paddy Considine, Viserys Targaryen
Viserys is currently the ruler and sits atop Iron Throne’s Iron Throne during the events in House of the Dragon. He succeeded Old King Jaehaerys as his grandfather and tries to carry on House Targaryen’s legacy. While he is a great man, he isn’t necessarily the greatest leader. He becomes anxious about his future successor.

Prince Daemon is King Viserys’ younger brother and is the original heir. He is however deeply disturbed by the possibility that his older brother may instead name Rhaenyra his successor. Although Daemon can fight, he can also be unpredictable and reckless… Can he be trusted to be the next Westeros ruler?

Ser Otto Hightower is currently the Hand of the King. He is a loyal servant of his realm and the current ruler at the Iron Throne. Ser Otto believes that Daemon is the greatest threat to Westeros and he will do everything possible to keep him off the Iron Throne.
