Yes, fourteen years after Risen first appeared on Xbox, the game will be back on Xbox (specifically Xbox One Series X, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S) January 24, 2023. The new version boasts a “finally running smooth” and is expected to be in full-quality on console platforms.
